So far so good, but will back if visit in Tokyo
The locale is pretty good, able to go via the shopping centre, there’s a lot of restaurants near by.
There’s no hot water at the midnight, maybe that’s our unlucky day, and also no electricity at the day time.(just one day)

very quiet, the room was big enough and well equipped with everything you could need ( full kitchen, washing machine etc). 15minutes by walk from Shibuya crossing but with a subway station even closer. We spent our last night in Tokyo here and we enjoyed

Fantastic stay in Shibuya
Oversized room for the area and the price! Luxurious to have a washing machine within the room. House-keeping made beds and replaced towels each day. Quiet neighbourhood with local bars and restaurants.
Hotel was a bit of a walk from Shibuya Station - I'd recommend getting a taxi from there if travelling with luggage - but well serviced by smaller Shinsen Station.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay
Great Location, comfortable room, rooms are bigger than in many other hotels in the area, very friendly staff, washing machine in room is useful, complementary coffee and tea, quiet location. Shibuya station, scramble crossing, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We definitely would return .
